I have known Connie for over six years, and in that period she successfully navigated first a highly complicated purchase and then another very difficult sale. I regard her as the most highly skilled, insightful, and trustworthy professional I have ever experienced in decades of working with agents.
After experiencing her capabilities in a very complicated purchase of my home in San Jose in 2011, I called on her again to partner with me to sell the home last year. To make things more difficult, I was on assignment overseas and needed to completely rely on someone on the ground. Connie took over the home as if it were her own. When there was a break-in after a Trump rally, she jumped in and took care of calling the police, arranging a security alarm company to come out, and taking up vigilance at the home at least once a day. When I flew in to address the situation, she had already taken care of the worst of the vandalism clean up, and had an action plan to get the home back up on the market. Most agents would have dropped out because of the stress of the incident, but not Connie. She became even more determined to turn the situation around to our advantage and see through a successful sale. We relied on each other heavily, both in terms working through all the practicalities, and also getting through the emotional aspects of the incident. When I had to return overseas, she personally oversaw an incredibly beautiful and exceptional staging of the home so that is showed better than before, and it sold within a week of putting it up for sale again.
To me, Connie is more than just an extraordinary, tireless professional with great design ability, but is an inspiration in times of difficulty and stress. She has that perfect blend of sharing her opinion, yet deeply listening to the needs of her clients and meeting them.
